One of the perks of being a modern school photographer is that oftentimes, I get to work with the whole family. This mom called after receiving her boys’ school portraits and asked if we could squeeze in a family session before Dad headed back overseas.
We had one morning that worked for both of us, and of course…. it was going to be a windy morning. Thank God for holding off those strong winds! We were able to get most of a session before the winds hit.
Our session took place in a pretty little park right behind their house. The boys had no problem warming up, as I had just done their school portraits a few weeks prior. Little sister, however, wasn’t sure about me.
Fortunately it didn’t take too long for her to break out in smiles!
I love to get photos of Mom & Dad, just the two of them …..
I’m so glad we were able to get together for this quick session. I know time was tight for Dad. The winds were held back, we had a little cloud cover, and the air was nice and cool. Can’t ask for more than that!
